Dr. Bhandari accepts most insurance plans including those on the list below. Please check with your insurance carrier to confirm Dr. Bhandari is listed with your provider. A phone number should be listed on your insurance card. Please bring any insurance cards and forms needed when you come for an office visit.
In the event that you have difficulty collecting an insurance payment, we will help negotiate with your insurance company. Ultimately however, you are responsible for payment in full. Your payment will be reflected on your monthly statement.
Many insurers require pre-certification prior to your visit and/or procedure. Pre-certification means that your insurance company may not pay for all of your bill if the service is not cleared with them ahead of time. This is especially true for hospitalization and non emergency procedures. Please determine prior to your visit if this is the case with your insurance company.
