In the event that you have difficulty
collecting an insurance payment, we will help negotiate with your insurance
company. Ultimately however, you are responsible for payment in full. Your
payment will be reflected on your monthly statement.
Insurance Companies Are Requiring More Information

insurers require pre-certification prior to your visit and/or procedure.
Pre-certification means that your insurance company may not pay for all of
your bill if the service is not cleared with them ahead of time. This is
especially true for hospitalization and non emergency procedures. Please
